HSE Safety Security Advisor

I am enquiring as to whether any opportunities exist within your company or existing clients of ongoing or upcoming projects.

Location is totally flexible. I am currently working in Iran for an operator as the Senior HSE Drilling Advisor. This also involves security and emergency issues.

I have a diversified level of experience which has encompassed a very much hands on role, to managing company departments and Operations / Projects. I also completed a tour in Iraq as an Operation's Manager for one of the approved international security firms operating there.

The past 22 years post military experience has involved work with the oil industry in hostile and non hostile areas. US government projects and start up projects for private companies. Included have been air related activities of varying sorts.

In all cases this has required establishing and promoting a positive culture of Health, Safety, Environmental and Security awareness for high complex risk and tasks. Also required was maintaining a productive working relationships within multi cultural groups. The ability to think and act outside the box has helped in sorting many problem areas.

POSITION Senior HSE Advisor to Well Engineering Department
DUTIES Advising Inpex on all HS & E issues with regards drilling the Azadegan Project in Iran. The project is planned for 37 Wells. The project is located in an environmentally sensitive and ordnance contaminated area, (Iran/Iraq War) which requires the introduction of practices to protect both the area and people. There is additional input required into the construction phase which is leading to the completion of a production facility on site for final export of the product. Input and contact point for security issues which may affect the project and personal.
