Presently working with M/s Dodsal Pte Ltd.-as Corporate HSE Manager in Dubai-UAE and involve in Tendring and Site HSE Management in the Middle East
Prevesely working independently as Asst. Mgr.- Safety & Fire and handling responsibilities in respect of Fire & Safety Management, Risk & Disaster free safety environment etc. All safety activities are being taken through Plant Safety inspection, Safety Committee, Hazop Study, and Safety Audit etc.
Right from the initial stage of construction of Chambal’s existing Plant all safety systems have been established independently. I was entrusted the job of establishing and administering requisite safety aspects including implementation of the safety practices during operation of process plant and under shut-down/maintenance as well. Accident investigation and reporting procedures have been established to provide help in least time to the injured person.
The existing plant comprises of Ammonia , Urea , Steam & Power Plant, Ammonia Storage, Natural Gas Receiving Terminal, Naphtha Storage & Handling, which posses a high degree of hazards, have been commissioning without any incident. The plants have been set up with good safety policies and scientific approach so as to avert any disaster.
Training from time to time was imparted to all maintenance & operational personnel regularly practically and through case studies and audio/visual programs. Safety promotion activities are being executed for Shop Floor personnel.
