B) Worked with DAELIM INDUSTRIAL CO LTD, Mathura Refinary, Mathura(U.P) as a INSTRUMENTATION ENGINEER from 13/09/2004 TO 22/03/05.

C) Worked for CHENNAI PETROLEUM CORPORATION LIMITED, chennai as a INSTRUMENTATION ENGINEER through Instrumentation Maintenance And Errection Tech Pvt Ltd, Chennai from 01/07/2001 to 30/08/2004.

Job Profile:

* Verification of Detailed Engineering Documents which includes PFS&PEFS (P&ID), Instruments Tag list, Instruments and JB location Layout, Instruments Cable trench and Tray layout, Instruments Cable schedule, Functional Logic Diagram and Loop Diagrams, Panel Wiring Diagrams and PLC Specification.

* Preparation of Control and Automation Philosophy, Cause & Effect diagram, PLC I/O list, Instruments Data Sheets, Hook-UP drawings, Instruments Name Plate drawings, Instruments Engineering Data Sheets, and preparation of As-Built of above documents.

* Co-ordinating with Procurement activities for all type of instruments, control valves, on-off valves, instruments fittings and Programmable Logic Controller and raising BOM and Floating enquiries to Vendor & Vendor follow-up for budgetary cost estimation and preparing MAS.

Academic Qualification:

* B.TECH in INSTRUMENTATION ENGINEERING from MADRAS INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY, ANNA UNIVERSITY, CHENNAI, passed out in July’ 2001

* Did HSC and SSLC from H.N.U.C.Hr Sec School, Tamil Nadu, with 85% and 80% aggregate respectively.

* Carried out Pre-Commissioning and commissioning of RO & DM plant

* Carried out Site Acceptance Test for Siemens make Programmable Logic Controller system and Instrumentation related items.

* Carried out graphics checking, set point verification, tag assignment verification, preparation of loop wiring diagram, hard wiring establishment in Yokogawa India Limited make Distributed Control System (Centum-CS 3000) and Programmable Logic Controller (Triconex) and Performed loop checking, ESD logic checking and functional checking for Compressure units.

* Worked in Yokogawa India Limited supplied Hart Monitoring System - Basic setup creation in main window, Instruments connection establishments through HART COMM window or DATA BASE window, Adding instruments in database and editing all instruments information in database

* Preparation of all Test Packs which includes instruments calibration report, installation report, JB installation report, cable continuity checking report and Loop checking report. Supervision of site construction activities and maintaining daily/weekly progress report.
