AREAS OF PARTICULAR EXPERTISE:

Supervision of installation Activities for various types of process Instruments such as Transmitters, Pressure gauges, pressure switches, Level gauges, Level switches, Temperature gauges, Temperature switches, RTD, Thermocouples, Flow meters, Control valves, solenoid valves, ESD valves, Pressure regulating valves, Safety relief valves, MOV, I/P converters.

1. Detail engineering, approval, procurement, Specifying instrument data/specs, Prepare P&ID, Instrument layout, Instrument schedule, drawings approvals.
2. Supervision of Instrumentation Installation, Testing & pre-comm, QA/QC, As-built doc.
3. Effectively managed Field Engineering Support.
4. Co-ordinate with Mechanical/Electrical maintenance departments for related jobs.
5. Monitor the Process Performance of Critical Parameters.
6. Co-ordinate with other Maintenance Departments for related jobs.
7. Utilized excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with inter-discipline personnel and client representatives.
8. Initiated, organized and planned tasks and gained the co-operation of others.
9. Responsible for post-commissioning customer service for purposes of process optimization.

1. B.E (Mechanical Engg) : 70 %, First Class (1996-99), University of madras
2. Diploma in Mechanical Engg : 88 %, First Class with honors (1993-96)
