Electrical Commissioning Supervisor / Electrical Maintenance Engineer / Power Engineer

§ Performs commissioning in subsystem functional testing on electrical automation,and loop functional reliabilty. Supports work on SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) system of
the plant using an LT-6 relay and RS485 MODBUS communication protocol.
§ Start- up 6.6KV and 480V motors,check phase rotation,conduct insulation test for the cables
and motor windings.Satisfy logic from control to PLC thru DCS (Distribution Control System).
§ Performs the necessary modification upon approval of the engineering department
§ Supervised 12 E & I technician for the installation of the approved project came from the client ExxonMobil or Affiliate. Coordinate with the modification engineer discuss the content of the proposed project .Arranged the materials needed to complete the project.

§ Commissioning & Start-up of Gas Turbine (A,B,C,& D) with dual firing frame 6.B speedtronic
control with a maximum power output of 42.1MW in natural gas and 41.16MW in distillate oil,
with a speed of 5163/minute, model PG6581B by GE Energy Products.
§ Red Line Drawings and As Built Documentation after conducting field inspection and testing. Prepares the necessary loop drawings of the electrical and instrument device system of each four (4) combustion turbines, as required by the client (Exxon Mobil) for proper turn over.
§ Designed gas turbine electrical and instrument loop diagram for Chad development project.
§ Start –up Miandoum gathering station,June.2003.Start-up Kome gathering station,Central treating facilties, Kome pump station 2, Feb.2004
§ Install Instrument device such as control valveL,pressure safety valve,LT,TT,PT,FT,LS,TS,PS,FS,solnenoid valve, ect…
§ Assist Alstom with the 33KV, and 66KV switchgear. Test protection relay logic, capacitor bank
visual control and insulation prior to energising. Check all CT for proper phasing.
§ Assist Schneider 6.6KV and 480V substation for the proper testing of all power distribution
load.Test all CT’s and VT’s, check for proper phasing, and make a ratio test.
§ Responsible for the operation and maintenance of gas and diesel engine caterpillar generators
of global maintenace project in Nigerian AGIP oil company.
