SAP Consultant

- To follow, maintain, update and implement Best Business Practices as advised by HQ.
- To prepare & issue Inter-Company Job Orders to Headquarters.
- To prepare & Coordinate Internal Planning, including Procurement Outlook circulation & presentation.
- To co-ordinate with Headquarters for gathering & collecting data for Procurement Four Year Planning.
- To participate in preparing standard Documents & Model Contracts.
- To act as SAP focal point for Procurement & Materials Management with SAP Integrator, EniData, Italy.
- To provide SAP support; for end-user community including, all Requesting. Departments, Warehouse Department, and Finance to ensure smooth handling of business processes across the system.
- To support company’s branches at Port Said and Alexandria ( Amreya )
- To coordinate with Finance to ensure proper integration and efficient Management of SAP
- To coordinate with ITC, to ensure availability of appropriate authorizations profiles for SAP MM end-users.
- To propose, lead and initiate system Solution Improvements, to satisfy business needs.
- To liaise with operating companies ( Petrobel Co. / Agiba Co ) to maximize the usage of SAP and to reach common solution improvements & system standardization
- To prepare, maintain and update SAP Manuals & Procedures, increasing system awareness, which involves preparing presentations.
- To prepare & organize SAP training for end-users.
- To prepare Procurement periodical Report for Headquarters & Top Management.
- To follow & Implement HSE requirements for Procurement & Materials Management.
- To maintain & Update Procurement Department Budget in coordination with Finance Dept.
- To participate on Annual Presentation of Procurement & Managerial Management
- To particulate in the interpretation and implementation of Procurement Delegation of Authorities.
- To liaise with internal and external auditors for reviewing Procurement processes.
- To participate in the implementation of Internal Controls ( Sarbnes Oxey Act )
