Major Responsibilities:

1. Project construction and production management in the sectors above, within the time schedule and budgeted cost with high degree of safety, quality and productivity. Familiar with the local regulation / statutory requirement, HSE standards as applicable for managing the project/ production works. Held independent charge for managing the works as desired.

2. Optimum resource planning and mobilization of logistics for various project sites. Coordination, monitoring, progress review and its evaluation for timely execution. Identification of local construction contractors in the region and evaluation of their capability.

3. Studies and review of engineering construction materials. Recommend and coordination for the specification, standards and practices to obtain optimum operatibility with economy. To liaise with the vendors/ suppliers to ensure that all materials procurement system and the contract documentation is met.



4. Fully familiar for manufacturing of ERW pipes, Zinc plant, Painting conveyer, Slitting line, Piping, Insulation, Fire proofing & Painting related to petrochemical, refinery encompassing varied engineering practices to include surveillance, selection, preparation, Application Quality Assurance, Planning, Progress Reporting, Conversant with Selection of Quality Material. Familiar with major Construction projects at management level with an aptitude for interpersonal and communicative skills “collectively” a part of decision making process, Managing project for the company in tune with the requirements of the client, incorporating operating consideration in relation to performance specification and warranties.
