-Work with college to monitor SAP system and it is more 60 servers to ensure that users can access the system to perform daily tasks.
-Monitor SAP batch job to ensure the system performance is very hight.
-Conduct monthly maintenance for more 60 servers to ensure the system is not sudden shut down and the performance is high.
-Monitor oracle database running in Unix and connected to SAP to ensure the database is working and running.
-Stop and start SAP servers.
Executive Internal HR , Petroliam National Berhad (PETRONAS)
-Held key responsibility in handle tax issues for PETRONAS staff who go overseas to ensure the company pays tax and staff reimburses the company.
-Served as policy interpreter for staffs who are posted overseas. Explain to them what are their entitlement, ensure that they understand international posting package (cash and benefit).
-Manage expatriate and repatriate of PETRONAS staff.
-Work with group of team to develop terms and conditions for Sudan, Vietnam, Myanmar and Philippine office.
