Head-up and supervise, control Oil & Gas Field Operations (Onshore or Offshore)in an overseas location

A versatile Production/Operations Superintendent with thirty years extensive home and international experience gained in the Oil and Gas industry. A proven track record in meeting demanding challenges and project targets both in offshore and onshore sites in the North Sea, Australia, FSU, North Africa and Middle East. Offshore experience includes manned and unmanned platforms. Onshore locations include remote desert areas to populated communities. Hydrocarbon types include sweet and sour gas, light, paraffinic and heavy crude’s.

Able to act as Senior Operations Representative from Upstream project phase, pre-commissioning and commissioning through to bringing platforms on stream under SIMOPS management to hand over to production operations.

Proven record in senior supervisory/management skills in onshore operations, offshore hook-up, pre-start up inspections, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and problem solving, HSE and maintenance issues.
Have been trained and assessed to Industry standards in Management of Major Emergencies and the role of Offshore Installation Manager (OIM).

I have a strong commitment to safety, environmental issues and devote a lot of time to educate and persuade personnel to adopt safety rules and new safety concepts.

After High School, further education in the Royal Navy Engineering College in Portsmouth UK. Plus over the 30+ years in the Oil and Gas Industry have attained numerous National Vocational Supervisory Certificates (HND Equivalent).

Have been trained and pased by Industry Assessors (PITB - UK) to act as Offshore Installation Manager
