Instrumentation & Control Engineer

• Working on the projects from design phase to commissioning of system, responsible for performing Factory Acceptance test and to remain on the project to answer field questions.

• Eleven years experience in Basic and Detail Engineering, Project management and Commissioning of Instrumentation & Control System in Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical Unit, Cryogenic System, Power Plant.
• Worked for Saudi Aramco Oil and Gas Plant up gradation and modification project, which includes participating in meetings with Aramco Proponent/Engineer, identifying the Instrumentation and Control system that has to be updated, recommend latest technology available, procurement, contract coordination, bid evaluation, proper planning with available resources and technical documentation.
• Working on the projects from design phase to commissioning of system, responsible for performing Factory Acceptance test and to remain on the project to answer field questions.
• Preparation, analysis and assessment of tender documents, evaluation of bids and recommendations, Man hour estimation. Verify and review of vendor documents & analysis of equipments.
• Familiar with different Codes and Standards, Aramco standards, HAZOP studies and Interfacing with other Departments.
• Diagnosis and trouble shooting of the problems, Reporting on the work progress and have got experience of different types of field instruments.
• Familiar with Control system documentation for design, supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance.
• Ability to express technical ideas in a clear & concise manner and complete the work in accordance with the budget & schedule constraints.
