Professional Experience
• September 2005 – Present:
Masstrans Pte. Ltd., Singapore, Singapore
I am employed as Senior Design Engineer in small company doing consulting and engineering job in heavy lifting and maritime transport, as well as marine design jobs. Currently, I lead team of draftsmen developing detailed structural classification documentation for building of series of 120t bollard pull AHTS.
• July 2002 – August 2005:
Infinity Craft Ltd., Belgrade, Yugoslavia
I was employed as Senior Design Engineer and Senior QC Engineer in small company producing pleasure crafts. I was engaged in design and building of three prototypes of open cockpit motor boats, developed for serial production:
- all-mahogany hull, length 10,17 m, main engines 2x180 kW (trade name "Venegy 33"),
- all-mahogany hull, length 11,07 m, main engines 2x180 kW (trade name "Venegy 37"), and
- GRP hull, length 9 m, main engine 1x230 kW (trade name "Venegy 30") - design and mold production only.

I was also project coordinator on design of 32-meter river motor yacht, purchased for President of Sudan, built in Izola Shipyard, Slovenia, and commissioned in January 2006.
• October 2001 – June 2002:
Technical Institute of Yugoslav Army
I was employed as Research & Development Engineer.
I was engaged in development of plans for rearmament of naval fighting ships with displacement 200-2000 t.
• January 1998 – September 2001:
Belgrade Shipyard Ltd., Belgrade, Yugoslavia
I was employed as Design Engineer in Design & Technology Bureau of shipyard. Later, I was Head of Structural Section in the Bureau. I was engaged as structural designer and building technologist for:
- general cargo / container ship, 5650tdw/367TEU, 1 vessel built,
- harbor tug 60 t bollard pull, 6 vessels built,
- harbor oil bunkering barge, 150tdw, 2 vessels built,
- inland waterways general cargo / container ship 2200tdw, 3 vessels built,
- modification of harbor tug 35 t bollard pull, 2 vessels fitted for ocean service.
I was also engaged as project coordinator in:
- construction of chassis for seismographic vibrator (bob 1400 kg, frequency 110 Hz), on the base of existing sample,
- construction of double-shelled self-bearing 50 m high stack of city heating plant.
Eductation
• December 1997: Graduated on the Department for Shipbuilding (Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering), Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, University of Belgrade, Yugoslavia. Average mark 928/1000.
