Job description:
- Conduct effective audit program and monitor the audits as per schedule.
- Conduct compliance audits in accordance with standers & procedures in order to determine compliance with organization policies, procedures & standards.
- Develop formal written reports (identify process for the department being audited, control and weakness, observation and recommendation with the staff being audited) to communicate audit results.
- Identifies the non-conformity within a process area in place to mitigate those non-conformities.
- Follow-up to determine adequacy of corrective action.
- Ensuring the closure of NCs in time.
- Promotes Quality awareness to the staff and provides Quality awareness to newly hired personnel
- Keeps records of non-conformities from audits, of problems, defects and operating statistics from Department.
