Work Experience: Total more than 17 years.
At Present working in Jubail United Petrochemical Company (JUPC) - Jubail, Saudi Arabia as Shift Supervisor in Ethylene Glycol plant.
I am responsible for
· Overall responsibility of plant during my shift.
· Quality & Quantity of the products.
· Supervising plant operators (DCS and field).
· Preparation of work permit for carry out maintenance jobs in the plant.
· Ensure all safety precautions during all operations in the field as well as on DCS.
· Responsible for all the jobs carried out by the workman in the shift, so instruct the workman to carry out operation safely.
· Safe start ups as well as shutdowns,
· Handle all abnormalities, troubleshooting in the process.
· Maintaining records for ISO requirement.
· Training new operators including local operators

Joined JUPC on 2003……….. Started as Commissioning operator then promoted to Lead then Shift Supervisor in Jubail United Petrochemical Co.
Member of commissioning team and commissioned JUPC’s Utilities - Boilers, Instrument air, Demin, Cooling water Sea water etc. Received Certificate of Appreciation For Performance in Commissioning of the plant
Prior to joining JUPC worked as Chief operator commissioning of Hydro cracker unit at North Refinery, Baiji-Iraq { 2002}
Prior to that worked in National Organic Chemical Industries Ltd. India (NOCIL), a SHELL joint venture petrochemical complex in India as senior process operator (…1987…... to 2002……….)
Have worked in Ethylene Oxide/ Ethylene Glycols, Air Separation, Utilities (Demin water, Cooling Water, Instrument Air, Effluent treatment etc) units

· Other skills and knowledge:
Witnessed & assisted in the pre-commissioning of the systems through close liaison with construction & sub contractor personnel. Monitored subcontractor's implementation of pipe cleanliness controls, flushing, reinstatement & other activities.
Monitoring to ensure all pre-commissioning activities are completed to the necessary quality in accordance with the system pre-commissioning work plan.
Carried out & completed record sheets for equipment tests, blind isolations, temporary closures, internal inspections, safety checks, media loading.
Reviewed systems for operability & operational safety. Involved in punching the systems.
Coordinated the simultaneous activities of vendors and subcontractors.
