I am an Assistant Driller with 5 years drilling experience in land rigs with both local and international experience, using varco TDS.

WORKING EXPERIENCE

Job Description:
• Maintenance and repairs on drilling and associated Equipment.
• Trip monitoring.
• Assist in planning and preparing equipment for next drilling operation.
• Reading and interpretation of gauges related to drilling equipment.
• Assisting the driller in operating drilling and mud circulating equipment.
• Carrying out departmental daily check list (e.g. Choke and kill manifold setup, mud pump inventory etc. )
• Preparation and tallying of tubulars, BHA , etc.
• Rig move.
• Reporting drilling operation in IADC reports.
• Check mud weight and viscosity and informing the driller on any changes from the normal drilling programme.

• Monitoring shale shaker and changing screen.
