During past one year in the absence of Drilling Superintendent assumed the Responsibility for day-to-day drilling operations. Includes following:
• Coordinate and maintain communication with Pakistani authorities and Government bodies for compliance as per agreement.
• Preparing Bids invitation and tender documents.
• Preparing bridging documents and Medivac plan for contractors.
• Ensuring that Intend to drill, Drilling program, Services reports, End of well report and documents are submitted in a timely manner.
• Act as an authoritative line of communication with Wellsite Supervisor.
• Conduct prespud meetings.
• Coordinate with all drilling services.
• Ensuring that personnel, equipment and other items are mobilized in a timely manner and that no disruption occurs to the operation.
• Ensuring that all drilling services are performed in accordance with OMV HSEQ policy.
• Ensuring that all the invoices for drilling operation are received, verified and approved in accordance with the operations actually conducted.
• Preparing well abandonment program.
