Assemble, fit and install pre-fabricated parts and sub assemblies.
Installation of new equipment as well as start-up testing.
Routine maintenance, overhaul and preventive maintenance of food processing lines of machinery as well as computerized conveyor system, hydraulic/ pneumatic system and associate devices ( pumps, compressors, fans and blowers, heat exchangers, sprockets, gear boxes, chains, etc.).
Hands – on technical assistant for contractors to maintain stationary equipments e.g. (compressors, motors, boilers, fans and electrical transformer).
Maintenance & operate stationary engines, auxiliary equipments (generators, compressors, fans, main engine and other equipment to provide heat, ventilation, light and power.
Maintenance, setup & operate the welding robot, rim welding machine crimping and the trimming machine, which prepare parts for frame and gas cylinder parts.
Fabricate and modify conveying system and assembling, reassembling, leveling, alignment, adjusting machinery by using measuring equipment and maintenance workshop equipments such as power tools, sawing, and grinding and cutting machines.
Detecting and troubleshooting irregularities and malfunction, repair, replace defective machinery parts (bearing seals, packing, etc.), select and apply lubricant.
Install, repair and maintain plumbing fixtures and systems, Measure, cut, bend and thread pipes in place, Join pipes with couplings, clamps, screws, bolts or cement, Solder piping.
Installation (heating, cooling) units and fix warehouse racks, doors, sandwich panel and heavy-duty stairs.
Install precautionary safety guide ness for the entire plant facilities.
Fixing and maintain shipping and receiving gates.
Fitting pipes in general (copper, cast-iron, plastic).
