December 2005 to Present – Dutco McConnell Dowell, Dubai, U.A.E.
Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer: Worked on the EPPCO snake pipeline system upgrade project for supply of jet fuel from Jebel Ali to Dubai Terminal 3. Duties and responsibilities include:
· Comparison of tender & subcontractors offer to decide on the most suitable in prices and specs.
· Writing the electrical scope of works & responsibilities for the subcontractors.
· Preparing single line diagrams, specifications and data sheets for the subcontractors.
· Supervision of subcontractor work and preparation of weekly plan of work.
· Attending all electrical FAT tests and equipment installation for completion of electrical works.

September 2003 to August 2005 – Bechtel Overseas Corporation, Alexandria, Egypt
Electrical Engineer: Worked on the Egyptian Liquefied Natural Gas Project in Idku, Alexandria. Duties and responsibilities include:
· Preparation of single line diagrams, test witnessing & commissioning of substations.
· Supervising the subcontractor’s submissions in accordance with project schedules and target dates.
· Reviewing the tests’ certificates in accordance with project specification and applicable codes.
· Reviewing all certificate dossiers for all activities to be handed over to the owner in accordance with the ITP’s (Inspection and Test Plan).
· Checking that the submitted certificates cover all tests for all areas/ systems.
· Setting up, maintaining and organizing the filing system for the certification department, to facilitate easy retrieval of relevant certification documents in both hard and electronic formats.

Computer Skills:
Microsoft Office, Matlab, Pspice, AutoCAD, EWB, Adobe Photoshop, HTML programming and various other technical software packages.
