Co-ordination with client, process, vendors, and inspection agencies. Development of plot plan, lay out, GA, PFS, Isometric drawings of system and piping.
Generation of equipment layout, calculation of material take off. Execution of under ground/above ground piping, support installation. Preparation of test pack and hydro-test of piping.
Providing technical assistance to piping supervisors. Determine area priority for piping installation, spool fabrication with respect to the site conditions

Develop labour saving methods of piping installation such as prefabrication of assemblies, bending, off site pre-assemblies.Fabrication and erection of piping in petrochemical, oil refining and fertilizer.
Installation of static equipments in petrochemical, oil and gas industry. Document Control & As built documentation. Quantity survey for Plant and Piping. Inspection and Test Pack preparation.
