Job Involved over 12 Years Of Experience:
Preparation of Quality plans(ITP).,Test Procedure,WPS & PQR as per ASME SEC IX & . AWS D 1.1
Carrying out in-process(stage) inspection such as Fit up, Raw material, welding. inspection & etc as per ASME SEC VIII div.1, ASME SEC V, TEMA, ASME B 31.3 (Production Station & Refineries), ASME B 31.4 API 1104(Gas & Oil Lines, ASME SEC II Part A , B & C , API 650, API 620
Interpretation of NDT such as RT, UT, MT & DPT .
Inspection of alignment for Static equipment &Rotatory equiment Such as Pumps, Compressor, Agit- ators & Etc as per PIP Standards.
Preparing repair procedure & Carrying out inspection of Repair for Heat Exchanger & pressure Vessel .
Preparing punch list at site.
Co-coordinating with client Inspectors or Third party inspector .
Documentation .
Carrying out internal audit at GEC as per ISO 9001 :1994.
