1) Practical experience:-


1-Carrying Out Of Maintenance Activities " Corrective , Preventive And Modifications" Between Different Areas Of The Plant For The Most of Different Types Of Electrical Equipment And Devices At Medium And Low Voltages Ranges concerning in oil&gas production, treatment process .
3-Good knowledge of oil and gas processing plants and associated equipment.
4-Good knowledge of water injection plants operation and associated equipment .
5-Good knowledge of shipping plants of crude oil and associated equipment.
7-Knowledge of Reading And Update Of Electrical Drawings.
8-Good Knowledge of Troubles Shooting Of Electrical Faults and Emergency Procedure to Minimizing the Down Time of the Plant.

9-Knowledge of International Codes and standards i.e.
(API, IEC,NEC,AGIP SPECS,IEEE, ATEX ) in addition to
Egyptian codes.
10-Hands on experience in Different Types of Tools and Materials required To perform the maintenance activities.
11-Hands On Experience In cable Repairing
(Sub. Marine and under ground cables) using Splices Also locate cable faults using suitable appliances and attend witness the routine tests of medium&low voltage power cables
12-Knowledge Of Fire Fighting System Operation At Marine And Land electrical networks.
15- Attend the most of common tests for commissioning and starting up for the new electrical equipment.

• Under ground cables (0.6/1,10.5/17,17/24 kv )
• Low & medium voltage switch gears
16-Good knowledge of basic operation of mechanical machinery e.g. compressors and pumps.


Maintenance Management And Reporting Skills :-

1- Suitable Experience In Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) (Sap R/3 VERSION 4) in both positions: planner & programmer , sap Manages All Maintenance Activities In The Plant i.e. issuing maintenance notifications , preventive and corrective work orders with materials pick lists, Creating A Data Base Contains All Maintenance Data And Identify The Items Subject To Maintenance (I.S.M) and its bill of material (BOM), Preparing And Planning preventive maintenance plans for each plant, budget and direct charge requisitions And Follow Up The Progress And Completion of work cycle. Also can generate system information to evaluate the progress and performance of maintenance activities.
