1/ 1999-2000: Night drilling supervisor
2/ 2000-now: Drilling Supervisor at SONATRACH Company at Hassi Messouad and others oil and gas locations southern Algeria.
My duties were but not limited to:
ƒ? Implementation of well program and follow up of daily rig activities with efforts to improve performances of different intervenient
ƒ? Reported to the Drilling Manager in office daily well operations and advise if needed to modify or keeping going on initial well program.
ƒ? Prepare at enough time ahead all well equipment, consumable and material and execution procedures.
ƒ? Monitored daily operations and evaluating performance of equipment, services company?¦s personnel and tools, the rigs requirement maintenance, spare parts, consumables personnel?K
ƒ? Implementation HSE procedures & maintaining focus on the HSE objectives.
ƒ? Checking and acceptance of well site new locations.
ƒ? Performing daily well report and preparation at well site a draft of final well report using the gathered well data and well operations carried out and
well recorded data.
Familiar with vertical,deviated and horizontal wells drilling technology
Familiar with most well drilling problems:stuck pipe,loss circulation,formations problems,fishing problems
Familiar with oil base and water base mud.

I have been working in the oil field since 1999. I have worked on onshore fields in the south of Algeria for SONATRACH company and her drilling and cementing department as drilling supervisor.
I have worked in various locations in Algeria and Tunisia (Guebiba field) gaining experience. At present I am working in Algeria as Drilling Supervisor. Now I am Supervisor of NABORS rig.
I have supervised more than 40 wells both vertical and horizontal , this responsibilities included coordinating and logistics of equipment rig up.
I have supervised gas wells drilled with oil mud and involved working with well head pressure, H2S and many formation problems.
Responsible for setting up new land drilling operation, including accepting the Rig and mobilisation of all Operator and Contractors equipment and assisting in writing detailed drilling programme
