• Creating standardised template project plans and information capture documents for business rules analysis, mapping specifications, connectivity, testing and deployment.
• Project managed 3 month, 200K upgrade of corporate website from legacy system to MS standard components, saving 25% of budget with re-architecture and improved failover design
Ongoing projects also include specification, design and implementation of a timesheet system for tracking hours assigned to various product lines, upgrade and consolidation of the communication room hardware and servers, , and content management deployment and support duties for new portal.
