Developing yardsticks for contractor screening, screening the contractor, conduct bid meetings, tender evaluation, bid conditioning, prepare contract award recommendation for major EPC contracts,

Handle EPC contracts for any projects of any magnitude in the Petroleum Refinery, Petro-chemical, Chemical or Pharmaceutical industry either Onsite, Offsite, offshore/Marine facilities,

Co-ordinate and guide all discipline (Mechanical, Civil, Marine, Electrical, Instrumentation and Chemical) engineering activities from concept to commissioning of projects,

Co-ordinate with government, port and other regulating authorities from concept to commissioning of projects,

Co- ordinate and negotiate with all types of consultants, utility package suppliers, Equipment manufacturers to ensure meeting the required specification and user department requirement,

Handle and use any type of computer software in the office to enhance efficiency and develop in-house software for design engineering applications.
