I am a resourceful, highly motivated with extensive knowledge and experience in the coordination and implementation of all Health, Safety and Environmental matters related to the Onshore and Offshore Construction and Operational environments.

I, Annamalai having a proven professional management experience in similar roles with experience in managing the HSE issues in Construction, SIMOPs, Commissioning and Production areas for the past 19 years in Oil & Gas industries.

Responsibility in leading the HSE effort from project inception to various stages through Hazid / Envid, process safety and Hazop reviews. Advise Project team in meetings their responsibilities for HSE issues and ensure they are kept aware of their legal & management responsibilities.

Proactively identify ways of improving the HSE issues and maintaining standards across site. Carry out periodic inspections & audits and manage Health & Safety function in order to reduce accidents & occupational ill-health.

Worked with major oil companies for the world class projects: Yemen LNG project with TOTAL , Darquian Second Phase Development project with Eni, BTC project with British Petroleum, Up gradation of Booster Stations with Kuwait Oil Company and the Yibal Single Station project with PDO-SHELL.

1. Post Diploma in Petrochemical Technology, Central Institute of Technology, Chennai, India.
2. Post Diploma in Industrial Safety (ILO Approved), Regional Labour Institute, Chennai, India.

3. Undergone a Specialized Course entitled “Competent of HSE Advisor” and approved by Oman
1. Petroleum Alliance (OPAL), it is designed on base of NEBOSH General Certification.
2. A course completed “Managing Safely in Oil & Gas Industry”. Certified from (IOSH) United Kingdom
