•Civil Engineer with over 21 years (20 years in the U.A.E) of experience in Construction and Contracting field especially in Contracts and Procurement.
•I have proven record of involvement with multi-national and multi-cultural teams and experience of working in frontier environments.
•Knowledge of Conceptual design and FEED Application prior to EPC phase of projects.
•Skilled in Cost Engineering experience.
•Review and analyse the scope of work. Review and endorse the contract strategy and documentation.
•Develop Prequalification criteria of bidders/contractors.
•Liaison with senior management and project members of engineering and project division for cost effective and timely completion of the projects.
•To ensure the scope of work and the services to be performed by the contractors to meet the project requirement.
•Experienced in preparation and drafting of letter of intents, agreements and supply orders.
•Preparation of Tender Documents, review and evaluation of bids submitted by Contractors.
•Well experienced in negotiations such as price, finalization of contractual clauses and conditions.
•Familiar with contractual conditions of FIDIC, ICEC and NEC contracts.
•Familiar with Causeway and ERP software.
•Evaluation and approving the payment certificates submitted by the Subcontractors.
•Expert in procurement of materials after analyzing technical data and price mainly for the construction industry.
•I have been associated with the construction of various major projects in the U.A.E., mainly with clients like Sorouh Real Estate, ALDAR properties PSJ, Directorate of Military Works, ADNOC, ETISALAT, Public Works Department and Abu Dhabi Municipality and successfully coordinated for the timely completion of all these projects.
•Discussions with clients and consultants representatives for the approval of materials.
•Experienced in procurement & logistics of material, labour and construction equipment.
•Good knowledge of material prices and finalization of sub-contractual prices and preparation of agreements.
•Familiar with all the latest construction methods and materials.

VALID UAE DRIVING LICENSE
