SEPT 1996 - TODATE On Direct Hire basis as an Air-conditioning/Mechanical Engineer. Works covers all HVAC equipment in the office complex and all ADMA-OPCO leased buildings & Villas. Total annual maintenance budget is approximately US $ 2.0 Million.
Propose design modification & make Heat load calculation for the HVAC system at ADMA/ADGAS HQ and make the Hydronic and Air balancing and ensure the proper compliance with the computerized building management system.
Supervise major/routine maintenance, repairs, installation and commissioning of HVAC & Mechanical works carried out by Contractors personnel in ADMA-OPCO/ADGAS New Headquarters and ADMA Employees residences.
Ensure efficient operation of HVAC equipment which includes Six 400Tons Air-cooled Chillers, Primary & Secondary Chilled water Pumps, Variable & Constant Volume Air Handling Units, Computer Cooling Units, Auditorium & Recreational Facilities A/C Systems, 1200 FAVAV boxes and 100 FCU”S, Lifting water pumps, Lifts, Inergen, Foam and Sprinkler Fire Fighting Systems and Swimming pool mechanical equipment. Which all controlled by a Building Management System & Computerized Preventive Maintenance System (CMMS).
