• Reviewing Quality Control Plan (QCP), Inspection Test Plan (ITP) and Method statements
• Material receipt inspection as per PDO requirement
• Welding Procedure Qualification(WPS) and Welder Performance Qualification Test (WPQT) witness
• Witnessing Destruction Tests such as Bend test, Tensile test and Macro test in Laboratory
• Reviewing Radiographic films, RT, MPI, PT, Hardness reports and Heat Treatment charts
• Preparing punch list, Reviewing hydro test packages and witnessing hydro tests
• Witnessing Verticality check, Circularity check, Peaking and bonding check for tank fabrication
• Witnessing Diesel chalk test and Vacuum box test for bottom plate welding
• Quality control activities in Cross Country pipelines and Plant piping
• High Density Polyethylene lined piping (HDPE) and Glass Reinforced Epoxy (GRE) Inspection
• Blasting and Painting of Tanks, Structures and piping and GRE lining inside the tanks
• Full responsibility for HSE at site and fabrication shop on behalf of company
• Conducting Quality and Safety audits and verifying Corrective action
• Production Station shut down activities

Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from Madurai Kamaraj University, Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India.
Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Safety from Annamalai University , Tamil Nadu, India
