The company executed several projects in both Civil Construction and Oil & Gas industries.

• Prepare the three years business plan for the newly established engineering services section considering profitable growth
• Prepare timely execution plan schedule for the section establishment in-line of the company goals and objectives
• Set the key performance targets with company's management for the new section and in accordance with company goals
• Recruit the required managers, engineers, technicians and supervisors
• Establish the required workshop facility along with new offices
• Manage the execution of several projects and services contracts
• Monitor the projects execution and coordinate all activities with clients and subcontractors
• Attend weekly progress and technical meeting with QP projects team
• Prepare the prequalification documents for SPS
• Identify new projects / tenders to pursue and set the pricing strategy
• Review and approve all the techno/commercial proposals for new projects or services
• Develop new integrated services section concept and discuss with company's management
• Present the integrated services concept to existing and new clients
• Renegotiate agreement terms between SPS and their existing principals to reflect the integrated services
• Develop new business opportunities for the projects and services section
• Participated in writing SPS Management Quality Manual for ISO certification
