Duties and Responsibilities:
· Assist the Industrial Relations Director in all matters related to Security, Training, Safety and Public Relations.
· Responsible for all financial matters for both the security and Industrial Relations departments.
· Assist the Security Manager in security and administrative works.
· Search on a daily basis in the media and the internet for security and PR articles.
· Assist in the preparation of the annual budget for the IR department.
· Handle all of the work of the Public Relations Administrative Supervisor during the absence.
· Prepare and follow up all of the Purchase Requisitions of the Security and IR department.
· Assist the IR Supervisor in some of the matters.
· Assist the security administrators in some of the administrative works.
· Draft memos from the Security Department to other departments, MOM and other organizations.
· Translate some topics from English to Arabic and vise versa.
· Assist in preparing the daily security report.
· Follow up contracts for the contracted people.
