Seven Years Petroleum Landman

·Wherein I was involved in the negotiating, reviewing
and drafting of complex Oil & Gas contracts such as Farmins,
Farmouts, Joint Operating Agreements and Oil & Gas Leases.
As the leader of the exploration team which consisted of myself, a
Geophysicist, a Geologist and a Petroleum Engineer I made weekly
presentations to management to obtain authorization for prospect
expenditures. I was also responsible for reviewing title, overseeing
title curative work, supervision of Lease Brokers, resolving landowner complaints and compliance with state and federal regulations. My
team successfully drilled many productive Oil and Gas wells.

Sixteen Years Administrative Law Judge

·Supervised staff, Successfully Presided over several hundred Mediations and arbitrations of disputed workers’ compensation Cases. Wherein I negotiated resolutions to disputed Issues and drafted agreements resolving those issues, Issued Violations and Interlocutory orders for failing to comply. Considered one of the most effective Judges.
