QUALITY CONTROL ENGINEER.

„« Assisted establishment of structured QC Plan for Quality Control of Works, Services, Equipments, Inspection and Testing for implementation of the civil work performed by project staff to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications for US$ 15 million JV under Job Order Contract (JOC) for US Corps of Engineers at Al-Dhafra Air Base.
„« Develop and ensure Implementation of CQC system elements to manage, control and document the activities related to compliance of Contract requirements, including Off-site and On-site activities and implement, maintain Quality standards, identify related issues and recommend solutions.
„« Verify Implementation of hierarchical order of QC Plan for realization of goals, pertaining to conformance of Material, Equipments Inspection, Testing Procedures and Performance as per Contract specifications, Manufacturer?¦s Recommendations and Code Standards by Scheduling, Reviewing and Controlling Submittals.
„« Assist KDL/AHDC Safety Manager in preparation and updating and Implementation of Activity Hazard Analysis associated with on-going works under the US Army Corps of Engineers Safety and Health manuals.
„« Ensure compliance of Occupational Safety and Health requirements and implementation of Accident Prevention Plans for all Civil, Mechanical and electrical works, train employees on relevant safety measures for on-going works with a view to minimize and eliminate the occupational health hazards to workers, public, control damage to property and reduce Environmental Impact.
„« Prepare all required Document and Material Submittals and Inspection Reports according to Specifications and Contract Requirements for submission to Base Civil Engineering Office.
„« Monitor/Conduct pre-construction, during and post-construction meetings, Contractor?¦s Completion, Pre-Final and Final Inspections with Air Force Representatives, including developing Punchlists, recommend corrections and verify implementation.
