PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Coordinating planning and execution of site work & projects. Undertake and manage contracts.
Control of Quality, Cost & Production. Prepare weekly production reports
Weighing relative costs. Determining required equipment & material.
Review develop and implement safety, & quality document & procedures
Preparing proposals.
Select and supervise subcontractors
Managing & supervising site and office resources. Engineers, Site Supervisors & drilling Crews, Technician


Offshore / Subsea Engineering
Development of procedures for the installation of Conductors and Manifold using Anchor Handling Vessel
Client Representation/Team Leader: Supervision drilling activities, site investigations, soil sampling and Laboratory testing
Foundation design analysis for offshore structures and pipelines, bearing capacity analysis for mud mat
Offshore Pile designs
In-situ testing such as: rock coring, CPT, seismic CPT, in-situ vane
Penetration analysis for jack-up rig and rig moves, suction caisson.
Estimate ploughing or jetting rates of installations for offshore pipelines or communication cables.
Evaluate Trenching risk.



Design and other Engineering Works
Writing reports and recommendations.
Offshore, geotechnical, geophysical engineering Interpretation.
Trackbed (Railway) Design and renewal recommendations
Supervise Laboratory Testing. Design for onshore and offshore projects Gold exploration in the Amazonian forest
Foundations for high-rise and low-rise buildings and water treatment plants
Highway work, airports, cell tower soil compaction. Rail track foundation.
Forensic investigations.
Phase I environmental assessment drilling campaigns Mini piles, deep and large diameter piles, Caissons, soil and rock anchors for major projects Dam foundation remedial & consolidation works using chemical grouting & Tubes-A-Manchettes
Dam assessments for over 300 locations condition evaluations and foundation risks assessment
Grouting & consolidation of chalk dissolution Features & Coal Mining Works
Modify and implement grouting design. Consolidation grouting, Curtain Grouting chemical & OPC grouting
Supervision of Dam Embankment. Experience in bulk filling and compaction.
Site reestablishment. Bolting of rock surfaces.
Blasting operations rock and excavation
