To integrate professional experience with new assignment, gained over 19 years in the field of Project Management, Engineering, Installation, Pre-commissioning, Commissioning of Instrument & control system in hydrocarbon processing industries.

Project Management and EPC Work

FEED/Pre-EPC Stage :
1.Manage FEED/ Design Contractors/ Consultant Contracts and Coordinate their activities
2.Review & comment on FEED contractors/ Design Consultants submissions
3.Coordinate Preparation of Invitation to Bid (ITB) for EPC/ Construction
4.Carry out/ Coordinate Technical Bid Clarification and Evaluation of bids and submit recommendation to Contracts Dept.

During EPC/ Construction :
1.Overall management and coordination of EPC and sub contractor Construction activities .
2.Project Safety Review like P & ID, HAZOP, LOPA, SIL assessment & verifications, Task Risk Assessment.
3.Project Administration, Document Management, correspondence, transmittals & drawings Control.
4.Review, comment and approvals of DCS, ESD, Fire & Gas, Analyzer, Burner Management system etc… architectures, Layout and Philosophy.
5.Chair daily contractor meeting and review contractor’s progress of work . Manage daily site activities related to witnessing of Site acceptance Test, loop & function checks.
6.Control and monitor Project Schedule, Budget and Performance.
7.Review and approve contractor’s submission for method statements, Hookup diagram, Loop Diagrams , Cause & Effect diagrams , Interface of vendor packages and material approval.
9.Factory Acceptance Test and Site Acceptance Test of important Control System like : DCS, ESD, Machine Monitoring System, Fire & Gas Systems, Analyzer System etc…
10.Plan and Coordinate Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities for the Project.
During Contract Completion & Closeout
1.Follow up of Instrumentation punch list and be proactive in punch list clearance process .
2.Review required instrumentation testing & calibration tools, consumables, Commissioning, Insurance & 2 years spare parts, Spare Parts Interchangeability Startup & Commissioning procedure, etc….
3.Evaluate Contractors’ claims and make recommendation to accept/ reject/ negotiate and prepare final Variation Order submissions for approval.
4.Issue Provisional Acceptance Certificate.
5.Coordinate issuance of contract close-out report and transfer all project drawings/ catalogues/ manuals, Maintenance and trouble shooting procedure & Training , etc... to Company Records.
