Pipeline&piping project engineer

perform new wells hookups engineering in house by completing software training as CAESAR II,PDMS,HYSYS.maintain field production and injection rates at target levels by ensuring the continuity of well hookups

Senior Project Engineer; Cepsa-Anadarko-Agip-Eni-Mersk-Talisman consortium. Principal Engineer for a major oil development project:
•Plan the engineering work.
•Review and approve design drawings/technical documents to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
•Put in place new contract.
•Preparation of PR, technical evaluation of various mechanical equipment.
•Monitoring workshop activities.
•Monitoring of construction/commissioning activities (new well hook up, Flowline-Trunkline- piping welding, well head erection, instrument/electrical/civil works; NDT, hydro tests…).
•Coordination of assigned jobs to subordinates with supervision and follow up on progress.
•Verifying that PTW procedure is strictly adhered to and according to HSE policy and regulations.
•Area supervisor, responsible for progress report of field activities.
•Ensure timely completion of all pertinent fields change proposals.
•Ensure that all proposed change do not compromise design integrity.
•Review and control projects costs to ensure compliance with budget-update well cost data.
•Participated in safety reviews, HAZOP and Risk assessment sessions

Qualifications
Diploma in mechanical engineering, option pipeline; from H&C Institute-Boumerdes-Algeria.
Software and Computer knowledge
CAESAR II, PDMS, PV ELITE and MSPROJECT
Windows, MS Excel, MS Power Point and MS Word.

Qualified professional Engineer with nearly twenty years experience in flowline,piping construction and providing technical assistance for new projects, existing plants upgrades, revamps; and plants modifications.
Preparing design pipeline and piping material specifications.Solving day-to-day plant problems using own experience; also manage designing plant-offsites modification for existing plants & offsites to enhanceperformance,reliability -safety.
Investigating plant incidents, preparing technical studies for continuous monitoring and minimization of pipeline failures and other integrity issues associated with various equipment.
Participate in Hazops, risk analysis,Jobs Safety Analysis (JSA)and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
