I was involved in commissioning and start up of a gas/ condensate offshore AGIP –NOC Libya owner Sabratha NC 41C, natural gas producing platform at Bahr Essalam field. .My tasks were regarding the operating of DCS type ABB Tenory system and safety valves checking. Familiar with PFW system. Task accomplishments:
- To assure the correct running of oil/gas gathering, treatment plants and utilities.
- Maintains and promotes high standards of work targeted to achieving safe, optimal process performance.
- Supervising the plant process parameter in order to meet the production requirements.
- Closely monitors critical process parameters, process performance and efficiency, initiating changes as necessary through subordinate work teams.
- Monitors abnormal process and plant conditions, incidents, hazards or emergencies; initiates and supervises action to correct or contain same, reporting incidents and near misses per procedure.
- Troubleshoots isolated and recurring process and equipment upsets in consultation with supervisor, subordinate personnel,
-I participate at Eni Gas B.V Sabratha marine platform pre- commissioning of the Sabratha marine platform in South Korea as instrument engineer checking the pipeline instrument documentation.
During my work at Eni Gas B.V Sabratha marine platform commissioning Iwas involved in the DCS screen checking and configuration and also for the I/O signal check .Also together with company instrument engineers .&checked the instrument loops design and functionality.
I participate also at the integration tests done for each interlock level of the control system.
