JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :-
-Maintenance of centrifugal pumps & Chemical Injection pumps.
-Preventive Maintenance of Turret, Boilers, winches, Hoists.
-Maintenance of Centrifugal Gas Compressors & Gas Turbines.
-Preventive Maintenance of Life Saving Equipments such as lifeboats, fast rescue crafts.
-Routine Maintenance of Appleton Knuckle Boom and Stick Boom Crane.

TROUBLESHOOTING PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE,MAJOR OVERHAUL OF THE FOLLOWING EQUIPMENTS :
Maintenance of Centrifugal Gas Compressors and Turbines such as the following:
Gas Turbines.
Centrifugal Gas Compressor Packages.
Various Seawater Lift Pumps and Oil Transfer Pumps etc.
Miscellaneous Offshore Oil Field related equipments.
Create Work Notifications.
Document detailed reports after each job completion and submit it to the Engg.Dept.
Routine, Preventive and Corrective Maintenance and Overhauls of :
Booster Gas Compressors and Flash Gas Compressors.
Turbo-Expanders and recompressors.
LPG pumps, Glycol pumps.
Condensate Booster pumps.
Routine Maintenance of Lub.Oil Purifiers,Diesel and Heavy Oil Purifiers – Alfa Laval
Knock Out Drum Pumps.
Oil Flushing of lubricating oil lines for Gas compressors & Turbo-expanders-recompressors, Booster Gas Compressors.
Applying for work permits as per required.
Commissioning of Vertical Pumps, Cooler Fan, Blowers, and Chemical Injection Pumps.
Maintenance and overhaul of Boiler Feed Water pumps.
Shutdown Maintenance of Gas Turbines and steam Turbines.
Routine Maintenance on Diesel Generator.
Maintenance of Gas Compressors.
Maintenance of Air Compressors.
Assembly of Mechanical Seals
Maintenance of Stationery Equipment related to Power Plants and oil Fields.Assisting Vendor technicians during major overhauls.
