Recently completed my contract with Kentz Global, Qatar W.L.L. EPC co for Oil/Gas complexes as Sr. Process Engineer .Worked on 1)FEED package and detail design for OMV oil exploration 2) CO2 compression and injection into Oil well( Enhanced Oil Recovery) for a Saudi Aramco project(Al-Uthmania,,Yanbu).
Worked as Process & Project Design Engineer with UOP LLC. A Honeywell Co. Inc. USA. Involved in Basic Design (FEED) Process and Project Design of Oil Refinery Complexes especially FCC units and Aromatic Complexes . Preparation of Proposal Packages and performing Case studies.Creation of heat and weight balances, equipment evaluations, process flow diagrams (PFD’s), Piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID’s), Hydraulic tabulations ,Equipment specifications and Relief load evaluation for different scenarios and Piping Design .
My experience also includes sizing of Vessels, Pumps, Compressors,Exchangers and Piping Design.I am experienced in Aspen, Hysys, Pipesim, Unisim, HXPT, HTRI.
