Seeking assignment as Quality Control/Quality Assurance Manager in multinational Petro-Chemical, Oil & Gas industry in Middle East or South East Asian sub-continent.

Senior Quality Assurance Engineer (Aug 2005 till date)
Responsibilities:
• Develop Quality Management frame work and implement verification processes for the design, procurement, fabrication, construction, commissioning and operations processes
• Reviewing and issue of approval of quality control plans, Inspection Test plans, NDT procedures, Method statements, other QA/QC related documents and procedures.
• Preparing, schedule for quality audit programme for project contractors and suppliers to review their QMS and to verify compliance with PQP/PDO/ISO 9000 system requirements.
• Surveillance inspection and compliance audits of various mechanical construction activities of main and subcontractors.
• Handling of External and Internal Audits, corrective and preventive actions & Follow up audits
• Inspection and surveillance of various material and equipments and review of Test certificates & Test Reports as per Shell Specifications (MESC, SPE & DEP) and PDO Specifications SP & ERD’s & international standards. The material includes various flow lines, On plot piping material (Carbon steel, Stainless steel, Duplex stainless steel), Fabricated fittings, GRE pipes, Valves like Ball valves, Gate valves, Globe valves, Check valves, safety relief valves, Control Valves, ESD Valves, Centrifugal pumps, Cavity Pumps, PE liners, Pressure Vessels, Silos, Tanks, Flare System, Nitrogen Generation Package and Air compression Package etc.
• Heading a team of QA/QC inspectors and Engineers.
• Review, witness & approval of welding procedures and welder performance qualifications.
• Review of RT films and witnessing of UT, MT & PT.
• Interviewing and issuing approval of contractors QA/QC personnel on scrutiny.
• Participation and providing input in various project team meetings and contributing to the value additions.
