Job Purpose

„X Analyzes the tenders / enquiries received or as required by marketing and corresponds with the various parties for necessary clarifications
„X Prepares the preliminary design. Also prepares the BOQ for material / bought out items / special fittings and floats tenders for developing prices required for job estimation
„X Develops prices for sub-contracted items for the quotation as per the requirement of tender specifications
„X Maintains data base which provides for the basis of negotiation with the client along with operations departments to arrive at commercial contract details
„X Prepares details of estimation of the job to be quoted as per the tender, offer for quotation or tender, as per client requirement of the invitation to tender and work order and job costing sheet for orders received
