For Safe and efficient plant operations I am responsible for -
„X Reliable production, control of process parameters and specifications
„X Preparation of daily, monthly production reports, MIS reports.

„X Co-ordination with various departments.
„X Plant start up and shutdown activity and planning.
„X Process optimization.
„X Conducting safety audits, meetings, mock safety drill, compliance to permit to work system.
„X Trouble shooting operational/production problems
„X Generating change management requests for plant and process modifications for process improvement and optimization
„X HSE management systems and policies.
„X Manpower planning.
„X As shift engineer ,responsible for meeting the daily target of production and troubleshooting various factors affecting target and involved in continuous improvement.
