11 Years on-going in plant maintenance, new project work monitoring ,turn around planning, technical support to management , inventory follow-up & cost /man power control etc.

* To establish an optimum maintenance system to utilize the available manpower and
material resources to improve the plant availability and reduce the down time.
* Manage engineering/design, fabrication and installation of electrical power and control
systems required to achieve development objectives, e.g. power distribution, facility
lighting, control, safety, alarm systems etc.
* Lead the team members to minimize breakdown criteria.
* Working with technical group to analyze proposals and develop recommendations for
award of contracts for the required work.
* Provide overall plant maintenance management through internal resources and/or 3rd
party, including supervision of:
* Engineering , quality of work progress & safety.
* Reviewing of vendor drawings, data etc and comments as per plant maint.requarment.
* Logistics activities, including inspection, witness of testing.
* Preventive maint. planning and follow up, including inspection
* Schedule and cost, relative to sanctioned plans
* Commissioning and start-up for any extension project.
* Lead development of appropriate system operating procedures, and training of
appropriate operations personnel.
* Provide technical support to facility maint. members for field operations &
maintenance, including site visits as required.


Description:
1. Preventive maintenance shut down planning & breakdown maintenance and follow-up:
*Erection, testing & commissioning follow-up, routine maintenance for sub stations of
13.8Kv/4.16Kv (3nos)& 13.8Kv/480V (9nos).
* Transformers of 20,5,3.325,2.5 &1.0 MVA-Westinghouse.
* Diesel generators, Detroit-Germany ( 400 Kva )- 2 nos;.
*MCC panel-50nos nearly and switchgear(HT/LT-94nos) (ABB,Westinghouse,
Yokogawa, Siemens , L&T and Voltas ) ,AC/DC drives etc;.
* Gas turbine - Nuovopignone ( 18.5 MW ) - 2 nos;
* AC generator-AEG,Kanis,Frame-5,mark-2(18.5MW)-2 nos;
* Motors(HT/LT-22 & 272nos) upto 2250hp.
* Compressors both centrifugal & reciprocating.
* Flue gas fired boilers 90t/hr(Combustion eng’g)- 20 Nos;.
* UPS,invertor(solid state controls-Inc) & DC distribution system,yokogawa,japan.
* Motor protection.(IQ 1000,MP 3000,Multiline - 269)
* Trouble shooting in motor control circuits, boiler startup
sequence logic control.

Professional qualification:

Bachelor of engineering(4 years degree in electrical, electronics & power engineering) from Aurangabad University-India. each year passed in first class with distinction.

*Computer knowledge: Windows XP, Internet ,Excel.

Overseas Experience:

Presently working with “SIRTE OIL COMPANY”-LIBYA {Production & Manufacturing of Oil & Gas.} from 06th August, 2004 to till date as Maintenance Engineering specialist (Electrical) for gas plant (LNG,LPG & NAPTHA)& power plant(18.5Mw).

2. Worked in M/S Gogo Export (P) Ltd, Bangalore-Iindia from 01-06-2000 To 05-08-
2004 as Maintenance Engineer.

3. Worked in M/S Mukund Engineers Ltd ,from: 01-09-1996 To 30-05-2000 as Site
Engineer ( electrical )for erection, testing, commissioning work of LPG plant for
Gas Authority of India Ltd .
