DRILLER/ TOOL PUSHER IN ONSHORE WORK OVER MOBILE ROTARY RIGS
On hand experience & Responsibility for all the operations involved, right from killing a well to its completion as listed below :
• Subduing the well with proper kill weight fluid. Loss control if any.
• Pulling out completion string. Fishing of stuck packer, snapped tubing, wire line/logging tools & cables, in single/dual completion.
• Remedial job, like gas & water shut off by cement/gel, servicing of gas lift wells, milling/drilling of packer, bridge plugs, and cement retainer.
• Completion of oil & gas wells, making up completion tally, Various fishing operations, A/L such as ESP, SRP, Screw pumps & GLV, ordinary & EOR well completions, various stimulation jobs like acid jobs, hydro fracturing & nitrogen jobs.
• Work over well plans & executions.
• Decision making in work over operations.
• Making work over time & cost analysis.
• Making work over reports.
• Implementing new technologies to enhance production.
TOOL PUSHER/ COMPANY REP. IN chartered rigs, ONGC owned Ingersol Rand rigs & Operations Manager for few months controlling Seven work over rigs.
Responsible for execution of Work-Over & completion operations, monitoring the efficiency of Rig & its crew efficiency so that job gets executed accurately in optimal time in a safe way with minimum down time. Planned & executed capital over haul of an IR Rig & a Cardwell Rig.
