- Supervise electric line job according to the well service program.
- Manage the barge operation, in charge of 4 electric line operators and 20 barge personnels.
- Provide supervision and on the job training for junior engineer.
- Control the inventory, put an order for equipment and parts needed for the operation.
- Write a job procedure and best practice according to field experiences.
- Monitor the safety practice and hazard in the barge operation.
- Conduct safety drill and safety talk weekly.
- Manage all personnel involve in barge operation.
- Collect, submit, and follow up all hazard reporting.
