„« Preparation of Material Requisitions for Project Consumable Items and Material Requisitions prepared by various discipline Engineers for Project Materials and entering the Data in SAP System matching with Materials Master Data and Budget Provisions.
„« Sending RFQ (Request for Quotation) to Approved Vendors (Overseas & Local) attaching technical specifications.
„« Evaluating the Quotes / Bids according to COMBITERMS (System for Cost distribution between seller and buyer) and preparation of Bids Evaluation Report and submitting to the Management for their review and approval.
„« Preparation of Purchase Orders for Management Approval and sending them to vendors and closely follow ups for Critical Items deliveries.
„« Preparation of Purchase Orders Outstanding Report - fortnightly and attending Management Meetings for Materials Outstanding discipline wise.
„« Preparation of Cost Committed Report ?V Vendor wise and submitting to Finance Department for payment.
