· I am conversant of stagewise inspection for Pressure vessels, Storage tanks & Heat exchangers and Steel structures as per National & International standards ASME Sec VIII, TEMA & API 650 in Ferrous & Non -Ferrous materials.
· Preparation of checklist & procedures after study of drawing by considering Customer specification & Construction code.
· Attending site problems & vendor problems with Design & Project dept. for taking necessary & immediate action.
· Guiding and allotting appropriate day today work to Engineers & Inspectors.
· Organising & Co - Oridination with Third party / Customer Inspection as per Quality Control Plan.
· Vendor evaluation & approval.
· Conversant with Welding Procedure, Performance & Qualification ( WPS/PQR/WPQ)
· Non Destructive Testing as per job requirement ( RT / PT / MPI / UT Etc., )
· Preparing Job wise Quality Control Plan & Check list.
· Inspection of Raw material, Fabrication & Welding as per standards.
· Conversant of calibration of measuring instruments.
· Familiar with Computers for preparing Quality plan, Material history chart, Inspection reports, Weld reports, NDT reports ,Progress report & Bar chart
· Communication with Inspection agency and Customer.
