Operation of Gas plant and oil refinery utilities, plant Operation, Power generation and all other plant related operation

Inspection of piping & instrument system as per P & ID.
Water & air Flushing & drying of pipelines.
LP & HP leak testing.
Steam blowing of pipe lines.
Cardboard blasting of pipelines.
Purging & inertisation of the unit using N2 gas.
Hydro testing witness.
External inspection assisting of, vessels, Tanks, Filters, Exchanger & knock out drum.
Chemical cleaning of pipe lines.
Punch list preparation, follow-up, and clearing with co-ordination with maintenance.
Stroke checking of control valves through DCS & field.
Performing air leak test and N2-He pressure leak test of the system.
Utilities service line leak test and pressure holding test.
Inspection of lines flanges for proper gaskets, Flow, restriction orifices and NRV.
Providing necessary check lists for modifications as per P & ID.
No-load trial running of comp. motor and pump with vendor assistance and performance test.
Mechanical preventive maintence, inspection, checking for proper operations.
Commissioning of utilities like plant air, instrument air, LP&HP steam, N2, cooling water, service water, DMwater, fuel gas lines.
Operation & controlling using PLC & DCS.

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering passed with 69 % of marks from Technical Educational Board. Government Polytechnic, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. (This is equivalent HND in mechanical)
Presently pursuing study for Graduation in Mechanical engineering.
First class Boiler Operation Competency Examination passed from the Government of Gujarat. India in Sept 97.
NCTVT examination passed from The Ahmedabad Electricity Co ltd, followed by 3 years training for the Plant Operator.

Royal Dutch Shell-Qatar GTL project. (Presently on Assignment since Sept 2007).
Sr. Operator (Fuel Gas plant and Utilities) ( Responsibility of Panel and Field Operation) since 01st September 2007.I am working as Sr operator for Shell in Qatar.At presently undergoing HSSE trainings, Procedure Writing, 3D plant Model review, Reviewing PEFS.

I have worked more than 13 years in Oil & Gas, Refinery, and Petrochemical industry as Control room Operator ( DCS / LPC control panel operation) & Shift Supervisor in Power & Utilities. I have knowledge of pre-commissioning, commissioning, plant normal start-up and Shutdown.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTY
Looking after all the section like Compressor, Boilers, Water Treatment plant , Effluent treatment, Tank farm activities like loading and unloading material etc… in the field for smooth operation of all equipments.
The safe, reliable & efficient operation and process control parameters maintaining plant start-up & shut-down activities, emergency and also maintain good house keeping.
Monitor and control all the parameters through DCS.
Executing all kinds of field and panel operation.
Safety and regular check-up of pant condition.
Report all the abnormalities and failures to the supervisor and take possible corrective measures immediately.
