Responsibilities:

Direct, Supervise and organize the development of Project Plan & Schedule overall planning, forecast, monitor & control resource requirements for SIB Capital project to meet objectives within time, approved budget & client satisfactory.
• Supervise, organize and control all project activities
• Organize & preparation & development of manpower & equipment plan (resource Leveling)
• Prioritize& coordination for drawings delivery
• Organize the preparation of material delivery schedule
• Determine & evaluate at the end of each year project which not completed in that particular year & should be extend in the next following year (carry over project)
• Development & maintain target Engineering, Procurement & project plan every SIB Capital project
• Control & Organize the preparation of 3 weeks rolling plan project schedule
• Review & evaluate weekly & monthly manpower, equipment & project progress report, updated summary, QURR schedule & milestone
• Supervise, organize & review operating dept work orders, monitor & control performance to ensure effective plan & scheduling & better service to client
• Review head contracts and subcontracts
• Review of sub contractor progress claims
• Review of sub contractor variation order
• Prepare Project Budget
• Prepare forecasting of final project cost, including margin
• Administer project in accordance with company procedure

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION

Bachelor Degree of Industrial Engineering (2002), Faculty of Industrial Engineering, Institut Teknologi Pembangunan Surabaya, Surabaya East Java - Indonesia

Diploma Degree of Civil Engineering Majoring in Civil Engineering (1995), Polytechnic University of Sam Ratulangi Manado, Manado North Sulawesi - Indonesia

SHL Test is in an internal personality test suggested by Freeport management. It consist of three categories ; numerical, verbal & personality test. It is basically intended to identify the strength of an individual working for Freeport. I took the test on May 2003 with the following result :
Numerical Test : 4
Verbal Test : 4
Personality Test : 85%
