Procured services and tangibles for drilling and production facilities. Supported remote site operations with challenging logistics requirements. Successfully managed contract and logistics for two blowouts at remote locations. Activities include pre-qualification, tenders, evaluation, issuing contracts and administration, claims settlement, custom clearance and logistics. Manage the work and personnel assigned to contract administration, field procurement, inventory management and material control. Directly responsible for the contracts and inventory functions of the company. Supervised staff in performance of the same.

INDIA: OFFSHORE & ONSHORE:
Managed 40 contracts valued at USD 60 million.
Procured services and tangibles for offshore and onshore drilling campaigns, compressors, civil work, shore base management, vessels. Activities included pre-qualification, tenders, evaluation, issuance of contracts and post contract administration, settlement of claims and contract closure.
