leading the project with mechanical equipment (static and dynamic) installation, pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, and hand over. Providing technical leadership and expertise. Analyzing and resolving equipment problems, and troubleshoot challenging issues. Pre-plan and predict maintenance techniques and procedures to ensure optimization of related machinery, including upgrades, modifications and other functions for an on-shore upstream and compression natural gas facilities project in Ras Laffan Industrial City, State of Qatar. Coordinating and scheduling of all systems and equipments turnover to client per area and system completion by construction. Coordinating construction activities to coincide with commissioning activities. Define blinding/hold points for client inspection/approval. Optimization of large gas turbines, and rotating machineries installation per specifications. Development of maintenance strategies and procedures. Review the quality of execution plans for rotating equipment maintenance activities such as Preventive Maintenance, Inspections and Corrective Maintenance routines. Making sure that the programmed maintenance will be executed in accordance with the agreed work management plans. Preparation of technical documentation as required. Organizing the performance testing packages. Establishing baselines performance and vibration parameters for compression and rotating equipments. Interfacing with piping layout, stress analysis, spool fabrication, installation and hydro testing. Actively participating and controlling project execution plan, such as scoping, cost over run, resource planning, work over scope of works estimating, scheduling and client interface. Prepare and transit turnover sequence from original scope by area process to turnover systems in order to facilitate commissioning activities due to weather condition and delivery schedule. Interfacing with Client. Reviewing P&ID’s, ISO, and operation, maintenance procedures for smooth operation and maintenance. Coordinating with project scheduler to meet contractual deliverables and construction obligations to reduce the threat of liquidated damages.

Over thirty years of experience in Site Management, Project Management, Construction Mechanical Management, and Maintenance Management of LNG, LPG, Gathering Stations, Petrochemical Complexes, Refineries, Pipeline Construction, and Off-Shore Platform Installations projects.
