CONTRACTS DEPARTMENT as Contracts Specialist & the basic tasks are including but not limited to the following:
Services Tender issuance, Tender package preparation, calling for Tender subject to EGPC rules & regulations and Tender's evaluation as a Sub-Bid Committee basic member.
Services Contracts/Letter of Agreements issuance, auditing, negotiating Contracts disputes, adjusting Terms & Conditions wording/re-wording and handling necessary amendments, addendums, assignments, Contracts' utilizations and sharing agreements.
Contracts' renewal market survey through sister companies and comparing Contracts' prices/rates or terms & conditions if necessary.
Sub-Negotiation member, resolving contractor's reservations/qualifications, during Tender stage or while extending current Contracts.
Maintaining a competitive Contracts' rates/prices.
Entering, updating, follow-Up Tenders & Contracts database, monitoring Contracts' expiry dates.
Handling all related internal & external correspondences such as Bid Committee & MD's approvals, clarification faxes to bidders, EGPC High Committee & EGAS approvals
etc
Managing all related files (hard & soft) for better flexible, harmonic & efficient work-flow.
